Cuban Garlic Salad Dressing

A yummy dressing for a summer salad.

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup white vinegar
• 1 1⁄2 cups extra virgin olive oil
• 2  teaspoons salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1  teaspoon dry mustard
• 4  garlic cloves, finely minced
• 1  teaspoon oregano

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients throughly with wire whisk. Serve at room temperature.
