Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or white wheat)
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup hot water
Directions
- Mix 2 c flour with yeast, sugar, and salt. Pour in water and beat 100 strokes (3 minutes with mixer).
- Stir in remaining flour until no longer sticky.
