Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3⁄8 cup all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (12 ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
Directions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- combine first six ingredients in large bowl.
- combine wet ingredients in separate bowl and mix well.
- combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix well.
- pour into greased 9" deep dish pie plate.
- bake 60-65 minutes (until knife comes out clean when inserted in pie).
- cool, chill and serve.
