Crustless Pumpkin Pie Custard

I haven't made this but my step mother makes it all the time. It is a very good pie.

• Serves: 8

Ingredients

• 2  eggs
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1 1⁄2 cups skim milk
• 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 2  teaspoons cinnamon
• 1  teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

1. Beat eggs and mix in bowl with remaining ingredients.
2. Pour into a glass pie pan and bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes or until set in the middle.
