Crustless Pumpkin Pie

This is a fast easy dessert to be made in a blender!! Simple and very delicious!!

• Serves: 8

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup Bisquick
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon
• 2  eggs
• 1 (300 ml) can  condensed milk with enough water added to make 2 cups  liquid
• 2  cups pumpkin pie filling
• 2  tbps. butter

Directions

1. Put all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend for two minutes.
2. Pour into a 10-inch pie plate and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
3. Cool and serve. It is best served with a dollop of whipped cream.
