Crunchy Rolls

Hungry Jack biscuits coated in Rice Krispies, these are really good. I like to put garlic on these for a garlic taste and substitute melted butter for the milk. Play with this and tell me your creations. Show more

Serves: 6-8

Yields: 20 small rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 14 cups  Rice Krispies, coarsely crushed
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (6 ounce) can  hungry jack  refrigerated biscuits or 1 (6 ounce) can  other  refrigerated biscuits
  • 3  tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Combine the cereal, cheese and salt.
  2. Cut the biscuits into fourths ans shape into balls.
  3. Dip balls in milk; dredge in cereal mixture and place 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400 for 6-8 mins or until browned.
  5. If making garlic ones, I use 3 Tablespoons of melted butter instead of the milk and add 1 clove garlic minced into the the cereal mixture.
