Ingredients
- 6 ounces long grain and wild rice blend (package)
- 1⁄4 cup butter or 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 8 ounces water chestnuts, sliced, drained
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced, drained
- 2 ounces pimiento, chopped, drained
Directions
- cook rice according to package directions.
- stir in remaining ingredients.
- continue cooking until butter is melted and vegetables are heated through.
