  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, butter, thyme and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken into a baking dish lined with non-stick baking paper.
  4. Top chicken with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crumbs are golden.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and roasted vegetables.
