Crunchy Green Pea Salad

Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup cauliflower floret
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pimiento
- 1 cup roasted cashews
- 1⁄4 cup crumbled crisp bacon
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
- Rinse frozen peas in hot water; drain.
- Combine peas with vegetables, cashews, bacon and sour cream.
- Mix together ranch dressing, mustard & garlic.
- Pour over salad.
- Toss gently.
