Crunchy Fudge Drops

Yields: 24 drops

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 cup  butterscotch chips
  • 12 cup  plus 2 tablespoons granola cereal
  • 12 cup  chopped pecans

Directions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips; stir until smooth. Stir in granola and pecans.
  2. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container.
