Ingredients
- 2 leaves Chinese cabbage
- 1 small piece carrot, julienned
- 2⁄3 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Julienned the green cabbage leaves and their white stalks separately.
- Sprinkle the stem strips and the carrots with the salt. Knead gently.
- Add the green strips and squeeze out excess water.
