Crumble Topping

This is that great crumble topping you will find on muffins,cakes, crisps and pies

Ingredients

• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1  cup flour
• 2  teaspoons cinnamon
• 1⁄2 cup walnuts (chopped)
• 2⁄3 cup unsalted butter (chilled,and diced)
• 1⁄2 cup oats (optional)

Directions

1. place ingredients in a bowl,mix together with a fork until crumbly. What you are looking for is that most of the ingrediets start to hold together,but will break apart.
2. Top your cakes,pies,and muffins,and crisps with this mixture immediately.
