Crowd Pleaser Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 2 bricks cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread, not sliced
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cream the cream cheese and stir in the mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, and spinach.
- Cut a hole in the top of the loaf of bread and hollow it out.
- Fill the hollowed out loaf with the spinach and cheese mixture. Replace the top of the loaf.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 2 hours at 350°F.
- Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers or veggies for dipping.
