  1. Cut bread into 1/2 inch thick slices and brush one side with olive oil.
  2. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until toasted.
  3. Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine beans, cheese, basil, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix until chunky, then add olive oil in a steady stream until mixture becomes smooth.
  5. Spread mixture onto toasted bread and top with bacon.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
  7. Garnish with basil if desired.
