Crockpot Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package macaroni, cooked and drained (6 cups cooked)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
Directions
- Toss cooked macaroni in 2 tablespoons oil.
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- Pour into lightly greased crockpot.
- Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for three to four hours, stirring occasionally.
