Crockpot Cranberry Chicken - OAMC Freezer to Crockpot

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, diced
- 14 ounces cranberry sauce (with or without whole berries)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- green beans (or other, for day of prep)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to gallon freezer bag. (add chicken last, so it's the first ingredient into the crockpot).
- Thaw bag (in bowl) in refrigerator overnight. In the a.m., place ingredients into crockpot.
- Cook on low setting 4-6 hours or until cooked through. Serve with green beans (or veggie of choice).
