Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except rice and chicken broth in freezer bag.
  2. The night before, thaw in freezer.
  3. Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
  4. Place rice in the bottom of the crockpot.
  5. Pour meat/cabbage mixture on top of rice.
  6. Pour broth on top.
  7. Cover, and cook on “low” for 4-6 hours.
  8. Stir before serving.
