Crockpot Baby Back Ribs With Potatoes and Veggies

This is a really easy, delicious recipe for when it's to cold to do ribs on the grill and only uses your crockpot so you aren't dirtying a bunch of pots and pans! Another great thing is that this isn't a "set in stone" recipe. If you like red potatoes instead of yellow? Use them! You prefer a different bbq sauce or spice rub? Use it! NOTE: All seasonings are to taste. This site just makes me use measurements so I guessed there. I used McCormick Grill Mates Cowboy Rub for my "dry rub seasonings" it just wouldn't recognize it as a food. Show more
