Crockery Pot Easy Swiss Steak

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs round steaks
- 2 (3 ounce) packages onion soup mix
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup, sop
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Trim fat and cut steak into 5 or 6 serving size pieces. Place in crockery pot. Add dry onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup. Cover and cook 6-8 hours.
- NOTE: This makes a lot of gravy. If you want less gravy, use 1 package onion soup mix, 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of water.
