Crock Pot Vegetable Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup potato, peeled & diced
- 1 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- freshly ground black pepper
- 32 ounces vegetable broth (900 ml)
- 1 (16 ounce) jar processed cheese
Directions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in your crock pot, add broth, stir, cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High 4 to 5 hours.
- If using Low heat, turn to high, stir in cheese, cover and cook 30 to 60 minutes or until cheese is melted and blended.
