Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs

NOT AUTHENTIC, but we thought very delicious. Modified from Julie's Eats and Treats blog.

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 2 12 lbs  frozen meatballs
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (7/8ounce) envelope  brown gravy mix
  • 12 cup water

Directions

  1. Place meatballs in a 5 quart slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soups, broth, gravy mix and water; pour over meatballs.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed.
  4. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
