Crock-Pot Spinach Casserole

This is so good and so easy. Just throw it into the crock and in a few hours a nice dish everyone will love.

• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
• 2  cups cottage cheese
• 1⁄2 cup butter, cut into chunks
• 3⁄4 cup  cubed American cheese
• 3⁄4 cup  grated parmesan cheese
• 3  eggs, beaten
• 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1  teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Pour into greased greased crockpot.
3. Cover and cook on high for one hour.
4. Turn to low cook 4-5 hours.
