Crock-Pot Spinach Casserole

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter, cut into chunks
- 3⁄4 cup cubed American cheese
- 3⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Pour into greased greased crockpot.
- Cover and cook on high for one hour.
- Turn to low cook 4-5 hours.
