Crock-Pot Smothered Chinese Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs round steaks, cut into thin strips
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- 2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 cup bean sprouts (optional)
Directions
- Put steak, flour, pepper in Crock-Pot. Stir until well coated.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on Low 8 hours.
- (High for 4 hours).
- Remove cover to thicken.
- Serve over Noodles or Rice.
