Crock Pot Rockcastle Chili

Ingredients
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 6 -12 garlic cloves, pressed and minced
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 6 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, with juice
- 12 ounces water
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Chop/mince the onion and garlic.
- Layer the ingredients in a crock pot in the order listed, omitting the salt and pepper.
- Cook in the crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Salt and pepper to taste once cooking is finished.
