Ingredients
- 4 -5 lbs boneless beef roast
- 1 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 lb carrot, sliced
Directions
- Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot.
- Add salt, black pepper and onion powder to both sides before adding roast on top of vegetables in crock pot.
- Add liquid. Water is fine but using beef broth makes it even better.
- Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours.
