Crock Pot Ribs With Homemade BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 -5 lbs pork spareribs, cut into pieces (preferbly boneless)
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- hot sauce, to taste
Directions
- Place half the meat in crock pot.
- Top with half the onion.
- Repeat layers.
- Mix all the other ingredients and pour over meat.
- Cover, cook on low 8-9 hours.
