Crock Pot Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

Serves: 5-6

Ingredients

  • 5 -6  boneless pork chops
  •  seasoned  coating mix (or just flour, seasoned salt and pepper)
  • 2  tablespoons  oil
  • 1  onion, sliced
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 34 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon  beau monde spice, seasiong
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2  teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Brown coated pork chops on both sides and place in crock pot. Add sliced onion and mix remaining ingredients to pour over top. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or medium for 4 hours.
