Crock Pot Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1⁄3 cup onion, minced
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped into pieces
Directions
- Put rice, cider, sage, and onion in crock pot and stir to blend in sage.
- Place pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
- Place chopped apples on top of pork chops.
- Cook for 4 hours on high.
- Serve with a green vegtable.
