Crock-Pot Peach Whiskey Pork Chops
Ready In: 24 mins
Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 6 whole pork chops (Top Loin, Boneless, 6 oz. each)
- 12 ounces peach preserves (May also use sugar free preserves)
- 1⁄3 cup whiskey
- 1 garlic clove (Minced)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl stir together the peach preserves, whiskey and minced garlic. Set aside.
- In a large frying pan heat the cooking oil until very hot but not yet smoking. Add the pork chops in a single layer and brown quickly on both side until golden. About 2 to 3 minutes per side. You may need to do this in two batches to avoid over crowding the pan if your pan is not large enough.
- Place browned pork chops in a 6 quart crock-pot and pour the peach and whiskey mixture over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Serve pork chops with peach sauce spooned over then and enjoy!
