Crock Pot Lemon Chicken With Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice, white, long-grain
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- 1⁄2 cup white wine, dry
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 6 chicken breasts, bone-in, skin removed
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Put first eight ingredients in slow cooker. Stir. Place chicken breasts on top. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.
