Crock Pot Hamburger Soup

An easy crock pot stew that also makes great leftovers.

  1. Crumble beef into crock pot.
  2. Add seasons and soup mix.
  3. Stir in water, tomato sauce and soy sauce.
  4. Add celery and carrots.
  5. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  7. Skim off fat.
  8. Add macaroni and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover and heat for 10-15 minutes.
