Crock-Pot Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 lbs chicken breasts, bone-in but skin removed
- 2 (15 ounce) cans whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Place onion in bottom of crockpot with cinnamon stick. Lay chicken on top of onion.
- In a bowl, stir remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour over chicken, coating every piece. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Discard cinnamon stick before serving. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
