Crock Pot Country Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 3 -4 lbs lean pork roast, cubed
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lawrys salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon parsley
- 1⁄8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
- 1⁄2 cup dry sherry
Directions
- Saute celery and onion in oil in a large skillet.
- Add meat, brown well.
- Place in crock pot.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Cook 8-10 hours on low until meat shreds.
- Serve on hard rolls.
