Crock Pot Country Pork Sandwiches

I made this up one day when pork roasts were on sale and it was to hot out to eat a heavy roast dinner. Show more

Directions

  1. Saute celery and onion in oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add meat, brown well.
  3. Place in crock pot.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Cook 8-10 hours on low until meat shreds.
  7. Serve on hard rolls.
