Crock Pot Chicken With Cranberries

Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (may be frozen-don't thaw)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Directions
- Place all ingredients, except flour and water, in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on LOW 4-6 hours (depending on how hot your pot runs), until chicken is tender.
- Mix flour with cold water and add to pot in the last 15 to 20 minutes and cook until thickened.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
