Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ounce taco seasoning (1 packet)
- thinly sliced onion
- 15 ounces fat-free refried beans (1 can)
- 16 ounces thick & chunky salsa (1 jar)
- cheese
- tortilla
Directions
- Place the chicken in the bottom of a crock pot. Sprinkle with the taco seasoning. I thinly sliced some onion on top of this but you don't have to. Spoon on the beans and smooth them over the chicken. Top with the salsa. You can cook this on either high or low.
- When the fajitas are done and just before serving them you shred the chicken with a fork.Top with a bit of cheese when this is done and melt. You can either eat these on a shell or on a plate.
