Crock Pot Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 (11 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (11 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups white rice
- 1⁄2 cup Smart Balance butter spread
- 1 (11 ounce) can water
Directions
- Put in rice add 2/3 of soup mixture over rice and stir.
- place chicken on top of rice and stir. pour remaining soup mixture over chicken
- cook on low 6 to 6.5 hours. stir rice mix after 2 hours.
