Crock Pot Barbecue for Sandwiches

this is the best crock pot barbeque I've had try it I think you will agree

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs beef stew meat
• 1 1⁄2 lbs  of lean cubed pork
• 1  green bell pepper, chopped'
• 1  small onion, chopped
• 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
• 1⁄2 cup  of firmly packed light brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
• 1  tablespoon chili powder
• 2  teaspoons salt
• 1  teaspoon dry mustard
• 2  teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. combine all ingredients in 5 quart crock pot
2. cover and cook on high for 7 hours
3. shred before serving.
