Ingredients
- 14 1⁄2 ounces artichoke hearts, drained
- 10 ounces whole mushrooms, divided
- 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 6 1⁄2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, with liquid
- 3⁄4 cup white wine
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 16 ounces cooked noodles
- paprika (to garnish) (optional)
Directions
- Layer canned artichoke hearts on bottom of crock pot.
- Add 1/2 the mushrooms.
- Add chicken thighs.
- Add remaining mushrooms.
- Add marinated artichoke hearts.
- Add wine and balsamic vinaigrette.
- Serve over egg noodles. Can add paprika for garnish.
