Crock-Pot Apple Pudding

Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 3⁄4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups oats
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda granular
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1 1⁄2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
Directions
- Peel and core apples. Cut into bite sized chunks (or use a corer/peeler).
- Spray crockpot with Pam.
- Put apples in crockpot.
- Mix all other ingredients and pour over the top of apples.
- Stir and cook on low for four hours.
