  1. In a bowl, combine oil and seasonings. Add potato wedges and stir to coat.
  2. Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until crisp-tender.
