Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillet
- 1⁄2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 3⁄4 teaspoon season salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- Mix the bread crumbs and spices together.
- Coat the fish in the crumb mixture.
- Panfry the fish in the butter/oil blend unil well browned.
