Crispy Banana Chips

Yields: 1 medium bowl of chips

Ingredients

  • 2  raw bananas
  • 12 teaspoon amchoor powder (Finely powdered dry raw mangoes)
  •  salt and black pepper
  •  oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into thin slices.
  2. Heat oil and fry chips till golden in colour.
  3. Sprinkle amchoor, salt and pepper and serve.
