Crispy Banana Chips

Yields: 1 medium bowl of chips
Ingredients
- 2 raw bananas
- 1⁄2 teaspoon amchoor powder (Finely powdered dry raw mangoes)
- salt and black pepper
- oil (for frying)
Directions
- Peel the bananas and cut into thin slices.
- Heat oil and fry chips till golden in colour.
- Sprinkle amchoor, salt and pepper and serve.
