Crisp Sugar Cookies

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time beating well.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to the batter.
  4. Mix well then chill for 2-3 hours.
  5. Roll dough 1/8"- 1/4" thick on a floured surface.
  6. Cut with a 2" cookie cutter and place 2" apart on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 425F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool 1 minutes on the baking pan then move to a baking rack to finish cooling.
