Directions

  1. Using an electric mixer, mix all ingredients.
  2. Roll dough in balls.
  3. Roll balls in white sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Press balls down with tine of fork dipped in sugar.
  5. Bake at 350, for 14--16 minutes, until very light golden brown.
