- Heat milk and add cabbage.
- Boil gently 2 minutes.
- Mix flour and marg. Add a little hot milk from the cabbage.
- Stir into the cabbage.
- Cook and stir 3-4 minutes longer til thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
