Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup Hood carb countdown milk
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
Directions
- Heat pan to medium heat.
- Mix ingredients together with a whisk.
- Pour batter onto pan.
- Cook each side until light brown. 3-5 minutes.
