- Blend the milk, eggs and butter in an electric blender just long enough to combine. Add the flour, sugar and salt.
- Blend for 30 seconds on high speed. Scraped down the sides of the container and continue to blend for 30 seconds longer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Heat a 6-inch crepe pan or frying pan (preferably non-stick) over medium heat. Brush the pan with melted butter.
- Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter in to the pan and swirl around the pan to distribute evenly. Cook until brown; turn and cook for approximately 30 seconds more. Remove from the pan and repeat until the batter is used up.
