Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons melted fat-free margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- butter flavored Pam cooking spray, 4 sprays
Directions
- pour flour, baking powder, and salt trough a "cedazo" into a mixing bowl.
- add milk and stir with hand batidor.
- add melted butter and eggs.
- cook at low heat in a pam-sprayed non-stick pan.
- enjoy.
