Crepes

Ingredients
- 4 ounces plain flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 pint milk
- 1⁄4 pint water
- cooking oil
Directions
- Sieve flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre and add half of the milk with the egg. Beat and add the water and remaining milk with a slosh of oil.
- Let the mixture stand for a good 30 minutes or so.
- Fry in batches, 2/3 minutes either side depending on size and how many you want to cook.
