Ingredients
- 12 red chili peppers
- 1 small green pawpaw
- 1 onion, large
- 4 tablespoons mustard
- 1 -2 garlic clove, pegs
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 1⁄2 pints vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon powdered saffron
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
- Boil pawpaw in skin, then cut into small pieces.
- deseed & finely chop peppers
- Finely chop onion & garlic.
- Mix all solid ingredients.
- Add vinegar & simmer mixture for approx 20 minutes.
- Cool , bottle in sterile jars.
